Responsibilities

• Drawing up Test Plans for development projects, within an agile or conventional development environment 
• Creation and execution of acceptance tests, functional tests and regression test packages 
• Liaising extensively with the Development teams 
• Identifying options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business suitability  
• Supporting the technical teams in the identification of logical and innovative solutions to complex problems  
• Recording test results methodically, writing test reports, presenting test results to internal clients  
• Review of Test Scripts and Test Results 
• Working closely with developers and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and internal user satisfaction  

Requirements

• Experience with web applications
• Previous experience of at least 5+ years as QA Tester
• Good communication and organizing skills
• Experience in the e-commerce industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Ability to produce written documents in the English language with clearly organized thoughts  
• Ability to use and interpret graphical information such as plans, schematic drawings, flow charts, layouts, other visual aids, and electronic project management applications 
• Ability to explain information in a clear and understandable manner to non-technical persons  
• Demonstrable commercial experience of software testing in a structured test environment 
• Experience working with issue tracking tools such as Asana, Jira
